Pointe Zero Nord One
Expect nothing from life.
That's the energy that has propelled me to give the best that I can on a day to day basis.
A big reason why I've been indifferent
With dealing with people especially in my adult experience is through changing my mindset.
I no longer focus on just survival, as that level of care is at the most superficial of states of being.
My concern is in wanting more for myself; since my parents and my relatives
Weren't able to provide that provisioning.
Where then, does the past end - and the real me begin?
It begins at Pointe Zero Nord One.
This is the point where the best of the best reside. I call it Top Shelf Island.
The Elon Musks, the Magnus Carlsens, the Michael Jordans, the Ridley Scotts and the Albert Einsteins train.
Trendsetters of their respective industry.
Mulling over the details of design -
Each day - prototyping, then analysis. Discovery, then iterations.
Investigating the data for any clues, patterns in errors and successes to find an edge in performance.
Success is not measured in dollars;
But by the amount of lives we've touched in the process of self-improvement.
In my 41 years of life, this is what I've learned so far:
Since society is built to see us dead and gone, forever struggling, living life as a flatline -
There's no better purpose than knowing that this world wants to take you out of the game; because now my purpose is clearly defined.
God wants us to turn this Mustard Seed called faith and turn it into the Kingdom which he has set for us.
Although the Kingdom is not by default, it is by design;
Through the tenacity of not giving up in the darkest of sorrow.
I talk about motivation alot as a part of my insights, since I know that many people may struggle with this;
I can provide value in what has worked for me so far.
I've talked about motivation on my YouTube channel, so I'm not really going to go deep into that here,
But I do want to talk about something specific:
Doing the undesirable, and doing the uncomfortable.
I can say with confidence that my biggest game changers in my life came from
Doing things that I didn't want to do, and doing things that I wasn't comfortable in doing.
A few things that comes to mind was taking a securities exam for the third time after failing it two times prior.
Every time I failed, not once did I ever think about quitting, because I knew that I knew the material.
Once I did a deep dive into why I was failing, I discovered that it was the depth of my knowledge of only one section!
Which is another thing that I want to bring up - success is usually one adjustment away.
If you know you've done as best you can up to a particular point; but you're still not having the success that you want to -
It's time to do some investigation into why it's not working for you.
And watch - there will be that one thing. Once you find it, it's the thing you'll have to pour the lionshare of your energy into to get it right.
There's a few more things I want to cover in this content.
Why people will compare what I do to others; with no regard for my perspectives on life.
It's human nature for people to compare because it's baked into people's survival mechanism.
We can't get mad at people for being what society has programmed them to be -
Instead, it's all the more reason why we as creatives have to move forward.
For the most part, we will not be discovered because we're not perfect.
But here's my question to those who want perfection - Does gold come from Heaven, or from places on Earth?
Does diamonds come from Heaven, or do they come from places on Earth?
Does technology come from Heaven, or does it come from people that worked hard to discover novelties?
That's my point - none of the things that we value comes from this idea of perfection, so to expect
Creative ones' content to be perfect is just disrespectful.
And to that disrespect I say - it's unfortunate that standards get in the way of innovation, opportunity, and advancement.
Being too critical makes you rigid, and toxic.
The good news is that in living by the mantra of "cleave those that don't add value to your life",
I just release people that are critical of me without knowing my position on things.
It's just easier that way. I don't expect people to give my content a chance; but I'm still going to put it out there in the Ether,
Because this is my voice, my vision, and my platform.
For those that do listen, and show me support - I thank you so much, and
You're the reason why I do this.
Regards.
